We will send you a questionnaire regarding the level of detail desired if a Topographic Survey is requested. We will need a current title policy in order to prepare and Alta Survey. Our proposal would include the cost of acquiring a current title policy. You may discount this cost if you would provide a current policy. Surveys are delivered in PDF format via email and ordinary U.S. Mail. Survey copies may also be picked at our office in Bradley, IL or Manhattan, IL. Additional charges apply for expedited or hand delivery.
