The Courtyards at Cobblestone is a private planned community in Bourbonnais, Illinois featuring 120 owner occupied townhomes, a club house and pool, and large recreational pond. The community was planned and constructed by Curwick Home Builders. The Courtyards are located close to a newly constructed I-57 interchange 45 minutes from downtown Chicago .
Our work included floodplain calculations and mitigation, schematic, preliminary and final PUD planning and platting, engineering design and construction phase services for:
- planning and zoning approvals for a planned unit development,
- project planning to meet floodplain regulations,
- construction of new local and private roads,
- installation of public and private utilities,
- designing and platting home sites and common areas, and
- permits from IDNR, IEPA, and the Village of Bourbonnais
