The Godley Public Water District was organized to provide water for an unserved community. The districts water treatment facility water distribution system supplies water to the Village of Godley and surrounding areas. The new 250 KGD system includes treatment works, a water tower, miles of water main, fire hydrants, and service lines and meters.
Our work included project planning, surveying, preliminary and final engineering, and construction phase engineering for:
site selection and acquisition of property and easements,
project planning to meet IEPA drinking water specifications,
a new 250,000 gallon per day water treatment facility and water tower,
a network of new water mains, valves, and fire hydrants,
several hundred new water services with meters,
2 state highway cased, crossings,
a railroad cased, crossing, and
permits from IDOT, IEPA, ACOE and GRUNDY COUNTY
